5 Ways to Raise your Energy Vibration

Do you suffer from getting bogged down busy in life, busy in work and become mentally drained?  When we worry and stress we soon become tired and run down. This is what I call an 'Energy Low'.  The truth is there is a good chance you are exhausted and your energy reserves are depleted physically, emotionally and energetically.

So we have 5 great ways to help you raise your Energy levels...

1)  PRACTICE DEEP BREATHING - our lungs are a muscle and our Physical Body requires oxygen which ultimately feeds a healthier Energy Body.

2) REJECT ENERGY THAT IS NOT YOURS - Consciously tell yourself that you do not accept any lower vibrations that do not support you on your journey today & always.

3) 5 MINUTE MEDITATION -  close your eyes and breathe slowly and deeply 3 times.  Imagine slowly walking around a field of grass and trees and then you become aware of a soft wind gently picking up and blowing by you.  Feel the lightness of the gentle breeze blowing away all of your stress and worries as you walk through the field.  Take your time, enjoy the scents, or perhaps sit down and allow the wind to raise your energy by clearing away lower vibrations surrounding you. When you feel you are ready, open your eyes and have a glass of water to ground yourself in the present moment..   Notice how lighter you feel!

4) EAT FRUITS, NUTS & VEGETABLES  - eating foods in season to your location are full of Life Force Energy.  Why, because the energy of these foods is aligned to a natural frequency that supports you in your timezone. Notice how your body reacts when you consume fresh produce. The more colorful the foods, the more balanced your diet will be and full of beautiful elevated levels of natural Energy.  (Eating everything in moderation of course!)

5) DIFFUSE ESSENTIAL OILS -   The frequency of most Essential Oils is higher than our body thus allowing us to enjoy their unique healing qualities and elevated vibration. Ideally these blends are diffused and are a great way to keep everyone's energy up in the home and/or office.  

No matter what your activity, its super important to be mindful and aware of your own body first.  It is always talking to us and you are the first to know if your energy levels need a boost.

I have just completed a Reiki 1 course with Donna. I have met a beautiful group of people. I have found my voice and a sense of empowerment within myself. It has also allowed me to learn about self healing and my truth. I cannot wait to learn Reiki 2. Thank you Donna as you have gone far an beyond to teach it.
