4 Ways to Relax and Nurture Your Wellbeing

HYDRATION

Cleanse your physical temple with water daily. They say the more hydrated you are the less susceptible you are to attract lower energetic frequencies that can make us feel tired and drained for no reason.  A healthy physical body resembles a healthy energetic footprint.

FLOATING

If you don't live so close to the Dead Sea to float in the high salt content waters, try finding a reputable ‘flotation centre' that allows you to rent a salt water tank bed by the hour. Total Bliss!!!! It’s private and flotation therapy not only has an immediate effect on pain relief and elimination of stress, it also promotes whole-brain thinking.

CONSCIOUS BREATHING

If you find it difficult to switch off your internal mental chatter then try concentrating on slow purposeful breathing for a couple of minutes. As you inhale, notice the air completely filling your lung capacity and as you exhale feel the air pass through your nose. Perfect for meditation and to center yourself. Try it….

JUICE IT

Most of our fruit and vegetables look like our organs, so why not juice them for your body. A carrot when chopped in circles looks like an eye; a piece of celery looks like a bone, create your own juice by looking at the shapes of the vegetables and fruit and colour and correspond with your body to determine what it is that you need. Totally bring back the fun and joy in feeding your body.
